Bean Curd .Carrot .Fishball Pearl Rice

Ingredients

600g premium dried scallop cleaned
21 premium high end fresh fishballs

4 premium whole carrots chunked
1 cup garlic chopped
1 cup shallots chopped
2 slabs premium bean curd evenly chunked
3 cups abalone stock
Premium soya sauce
Premium dark soya sauce
Premium oyster sauce
Premium seafood sauce
Premium olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
3 plates premium steamed fragrant pearl white rice


What's Special:


Having all the 3 main ingredients of about the same size and different shapes and colors is very soothing to the biting sensation and have a homely appeal to the eyes.


Method:

1)Deep fry the shallots and garlic, in olive oil for 5 mins.
2)Add all the fabulous ingredients and boil for 15 mins.
3)Overlay the steamed pearl white rice with bouncy fishballs, melted      bean curd and soft carrots for the family.
