Pep Car Seafood Nool

Portion: for 3 adults
Preparation time: 15 mins
Cooking time: 20 mins
Cost: SGD 35



Ingredients
2 dozen premium white fish ball spiced
3 premium green peppers chunked
3 premium whole carrots chunked
1 cup premium chef garlic chopped
3 cups premium seafood spicy stock
Premium soya sauce
Premium oyster sauce
Premium olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
3 bowls premium cooked white curly noodles



What's Special:


The peppery seafood tasty cuisine is an appetizing prelude to more to welcome.



Method:

1)Deep fry the garlic, in olive oil for 5 mins.
2)Add peppers, carrots, fish balls, stock, salt and sauces to simmer for 15 mins.
3)Add in the cooked white noodles for a peppery treat for the beloved family.

I always wonder into my art of cooking when coming out of a new recipe or to go deeper in one. This season I have been with the sea salt, the ingredient that gives my recipe taste. One stop that I make is one fine sea salt that offers a low sodium content and I continue to imagine in my sea of recipes that reaps off this benefit.

What is more fortunate than to enjoy great tasting, heart gladdening food which remains good for your heart, I think to myself. I begin to think of recipes that require much salt searched from healthy sources good for the heart and taste.

Should any foodie friends who are in league with our current thought, you got to desalt sea salt of its unfavorable sodium and put in flavor in the pink of health by choosing the right ingredient that bring up your family with great taste. I am on the lookout for the right salt, does anyone also see fine salt in fine sea salt?

White Jade Noodles

Ingredients
2 dozen premium white fish ball spiced
3 packets vegetables with stalks peeled
2 stalk premium broccoli cut in florets
2 slab premium soft white tofu
1 cup premium chef garlic chopped
1 cup premium onions sliced
3 cups premium fish and chicken stock
Premium soya sauce
Premium oyster sauce
Premium olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
3 bowls premium cooked white slurpy noodles



What's Special:


The nutritious taste of whites and greens just cares for the healthy family sufficiently.



Method:

1)Deep fry the garlic, in olive oil for 5 mins.
2)Add tofu, broccoli, vegetables, fish balls, stock, salt and sauces to simmer for 15 mins.
3)Pour in the cooked white noodles for 3 minutes and serve hot.

Grape fruit juices on its own is delicious. However, do take care that when mix with some medication, is lethal and dangerous.
