2x200g sliced fish steak cleaned
Premium freshly prepared special chili paste
1/4 cup premium garlic and ginger chopped 
Premium soya sauce sauce
Premium olive oil
Premium salt to taste

Method:                                                                                                      

1)Deep fry the garlic, ginger, chili and salt in olive oil for 3 mins.
2)Add all the ingredients for 10 mins or till all are cooked.
