1000g premium choice chicken fillet cleaned and thinned

1 cup premium chef garlic chopped
Premium soya sauce
Premium oyster sauce and stock
Premium olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
3 bowls premium cooked white rice or pasta equivalent

What's Special:

The savory dry charred meat is just having the healthy barbecue on the family platter.
1)Deep fry the garlic, in olive oil for 5 mins.
2)Add the chicken meat and stir for 10 mins till brown. Stir in continually the sauces till charred.
3)Serve the savory charred with cooked white rice or pasta or just as it is around the family table.
