1 kg premium prawns shelled and de-veined
1/2 cup premium sambal chili hand pounded
1/8 cup premium ginger hand pounded
1/12 cup premium chef garlic hand pounded
1/12 cup premium onion chopped
1/12 cup fresh lime juice
8 table spoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 stalk chopped spring onion shoots
6 bowls of cooked premium rice
The idea is to cook the dish till dry to lock in all the spicy flavour and zest
from the fresh lime and ginger that never make the dish feels oily. Such is a culinary art to be devoured sumptuously within the family.
1)In a heated pan of olive oil, fry till dry chili, onion, garlic, ginger and lime juice. Add in the prawns for 3 mins.
2)Garnish and serve piping hot with steamed rice...for a hearty family dinner..
