Wan Tan Cha Siew Mee Dry















Portion: for a family of 4-5
Preparation time: 20 mins
Cooking time: 15 mins
Cost: SGD 40

Ingredients:
5 balls of cooked thin egg noodles(mee) cooled
200g Char Siew sliced.


Sauce:
2 tablespoon premium chili oil
100g preserved green chili
1 big piece old ginger juiced
1 cup premium sweet black sauce
1/4 cup premium oyster sauce
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup ikan bilis broth
Salt to taste

Wan Tan:
30 Wan tan wraps
1 stalk chives finely chopped
1 stalk spring onion finely chopped
1 egg
200g minced meat
salt
5 tablespoon soy sauce

What's special:
The ginger gives the sauce and the whole dish its identity that rids everything of staleness.
Bravo!

Method:
1) Mix well all the ingredients for the Wan Tan and wrap them up.
2) Boil the sauce for 15mins till fragrant.
3) Warm up the noodles and separate them into 4-5 bowls of sauce and Wan Tan.
4) Mix well and eat to everyone's heart's delights.
