4 balls of cooked noodles
500g premium soaked mushrooms with stalks removed
1 whole onion cut
1 whole garlic cut
2 whole boiled carrots cut
1 cup carrot juice
5 bowls premium chicken and fish stock
1 packet premium fish balls
2 tablespoon premium chicken powder
Salt to taste
The chicken powder added to the mushroom pot, enhance the flavour of the whole pot making it the depth of flavour and increased fragrance of rich chicken brew. Best served on a rainy day.
1) Boil mushroom, onion, garlic, chicken powder in stock for 10 mins. Add in the carrots and juice.
2) Add in the noodles and simmer for 5 mins.
3) Serve hot in a pot and slurp quickly with family.
