Ingredients:
1 kg mini squids cleaned and blanced
1/4 cup tablespoon sugar syrup
Fried Sesame seeds
Special Sauce:
1 medium shredded carrot
100g premium bean sprout
1 cup premium sweet and sour sauce
1 cup honey mixed with 1/4 fresh lemon juice
What's Special:
The innovated sweet and sour sauce freshen the heavily sweet deep fried squid, leaving an appetitizing after-taste from the dish.
Method:
1) Deep fry the squids for 5 mins under high flame in a boiling pot of premium oil. Remove and drain the oil. Add the sugar syrup to the squids in a frying pan and fry till golden brown.
2) Heat up the ingredients for the sauce in a pan for 5 mins. Pour on the squid in the serving bowl. Garnish with sesame seeds.
3) Dig in with steamed rice or wraps best by the ocean.

hi there! did cook the deep fried mini honeyed squids..
they were so good! I didn't care about the rashes and such but my family loved it!
seriously! (they got fed up with my pastas and chicken recipes.. lol )
