Ingredient:
250g premium Laksa Rice Noodles
250g premium cooked Yellow Noodles
Sauce
150g high quality deep-fried dried shrimps
1 cup coconut cream
50g char siew cubed
100g fresh shrimp shelled and de-veined.
2 cups chicken broth
1 packet Laksa paste
What's Special:
Hokkien Fried Laksa is less spicy, sweet and more creamy.Unlike other Laksa which is soup based, Hokkien Fried Laksa is dry and fried with dried shrimps giving a rich flavour that makes one yearn for the typical traditional nostalgia of Grandma's cooking.
Method:
1) Boil the ingredients for the sauce on a pan under covered lid for 10 minutes.
2) Mix in the noodles and fry till dry and well mixed, with the rich aromatic choky fragrance going up in slow moving thick smoke.
3) Remove immediately from heat and "Laksa" with the family.
