Fried Bean Curd Leeks with Chicken Bits

Ingredients
200g premium finely grinded chicken bits
5 premium shallots and garlic cut in sections raw and deep fried
2 squares premium bean curd ( for frying ) cut in blocks
3 cup premium stalk leeks cleaned and cut in sections
Premium soya sauce, sweet sauce and oyster sauce
Premium olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
3 bowls premium cooked fragrant white rice

A savory and healthy tasting and looking dish that will make a clean meal for the family .

Method:
1)Deep fry the bean curd for 5 mins separately from the garlic and onion in olive oil also for 5 mins.
2)Add the rest of the ingredients for 10-15 mins over high flame till leek is soft and done.
3)Add on the cooked rice for a clean, dry and merry meal for the beloved family.
