Piping Hot Lady's Finger on Fillet

Ingredients:
Side:
Rice for 3
Meat:
700g premium fresh marinated dark soya sauced chicken fillet in chunks
Greens:
12 lady fingers diagonally sliced
1/4 cup garlic chopped
1/4 cup shallots chopped
1/4 cup belacan chilli pounded
Condiments:
2 teaspoon salt
Premium olive oil
Premium soya sauce


What's Special:
The piping hot lady fingers in very rich fragrance of belacan chilli juices that flows into the soya sauced fillet it engulfs makes a surprising pleasantly blended dish for the sight and taste.
Method:
1) Pan fry the shallots, garlic and chilli in olive oil till fragrant.
3)Add in rest of the greens and salt for 10 mins.
4)In another pan fry fillet for 3 mins and add in soya sauce and fry for 5 mins.
5)Lay the lady's fingers on the fillet on a dish
6)Walla! Laying Piping Hot Lady's Fingers on Chicken Fillet with piping hot rice....nice....
