Fish Ball Ivory Stir Noodles

Premium Cooked Egg Noodles for 3
200g premium fresh meat loin thinly sliced
1 dozen premium fresh spiced fish balls
1/4 small green pepper minced
1/4 small red pepper minced
1/8 cup seedless cucumber minced
1/4 cup fresh pineapple minced
1/4 cup garlic minced
1/4 cup shallots minced
1/4 cup spring onion shoot thinly sliced
1 red chili finely sliced
Fish curry sauce
Tom Yam sauce
Oyster Sauce
2 teaspoon salt
Premium sugar
Peanut finely grounded
Olive oil
Premium fish stock

What's Special:
The special refreshing and lightly spiced sauce that adds flavour to the noodles and act as dip for the fish balls.
1)Deep fry the meat till golden brown. Boil in a pot the fish ball in stock for 10 mins. Add in noodles, cover the lid and off the flame.
2)Pan fry the shallots, garlic,onion in olive oil till fragrant.
3)Add in rest of the greens for 10 mins.
4)Add in rest of condiments and meat to stir fry for in 2 mins.
5)Drain noodles and fish ball. Place meat mixture on bottom of serving plate. Place Noodles on top and fish balls at the side. Keep the stock as soup.
6)Slurp up the supper with family....
