Deep Fried Mix Fingers in Bean Curd Skin

Ingredients:
Side:
Premium long grained fragrant cooked rice for 3
Meat:
800g premium fresh fish fillet paste
200g premium fresh chicken fillet minced
2 premium raw eggs
Condiments:
Vege flakes
Olive oil
Wrap:
Premium bean curd skin wrap
Optional:
Premium meat floss


What's Special:
The mix meat that gives it a stronger when fried and the extra crispiness when re-fry. Having the option to serve it with meat floss and rice adds a new way of dining.
Method:
1)Mix the meat together till a turgid paste.
2)Wrap into fingers.
3)Deep fry fingers till thoroughly golden brown. Cool down. Slice into half. Re-fry.
4)Gather the family and served with meat floss and rice....
