Orangy Deep Fried Meat Chop

Premium long grained fragrant cooked rice for 3
800g premium fresh meat fillet about 1/4 inch thick; flour coated
200g premium fresh chicken fillet in chunks
1 slab fish cake cubed
4 fresh medium tomatoes in chunks
2 fresh carrots cubed
2 premium American potatoes cubed
1/4 cup garlic sliced
1/4 cup shallots minced
1/4 garden green peas
Premium ketchup
Premium soya sauce
Oyster Sauce

2 teaspoon salt
Olive oil
Premium chicken stock

What's Special:
The fragrant, orangy looking and refreshing sauce just appetizes the family continuously.
1)Deep fry the flour coated meat till thoroughly golden brown. Remove and slice into rectangular chunks. Pan fry the shallots, garlic and spring onion in olive oil till fragrant.
2)Add in the stock to a boil and add in chicken and fish cake for 5 mins, followed by rest of the greens for 10 mins. Add in the rest of condiments for 5 mins.
3)Pour on the sliced meat and toss.
4)Gather the family and served with rice....
