400g premium fresh chicken fillet diced
3 whole premium carrots cubed
6 stalks of leafy vegetables
15 premium fresh fishballs
1/2 cup garlic chopped
1/2 cup shallots chopped
3 cup chicken stock
Premium soya sauce
5 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
5 tablespoon spicy sesame mix
3 tablespoon chilli oil
3 plates premium egg noodlesWhat's Special:
The vegetables that dissolves in the spicy sesame soup that makes it spicy, sweet and fragrant.Method:
1)Pan fry the shallots,garlic and then the chicken and fishball in olive oil for 5 mins.
2)Add in the stock, mix, salt and the rest to simmer for 5 mins. Add in the noodles for 5 mins.
3)Serve with bread for the 3 eager tummies.
