Sroom O ver Broccoli

Portion: for 3 adults

300g premium Japanese flower mushrooms soaked and de-stemmed
300g premium fresh broccoli separated into florets
100g premium dried scallops well soaked
1/2 cup chef garlic minced
1/4 cup shallots chopped
1/10 cup chicken stock
Premium Soya Sauce
5 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup starch solution

What's Special:
The flowering aesthetic display of the mushroom and broccoli just makes the inner self blooms in delight just looking at it and the foody scented garlic sauce makes the family to start immediately the dining onslaught.

1)Pan fry the shallots and garlic, olive oil till fragrant.
2)Add in the broccoli and dried scallops for 5 mins and mushroom for 3 mins and add in the stock to boil for 2 mins.
3)Add in soya sauce and salt and fry for 3 mins then add in the starch solution till the dish just bubbles.
4)Enjoy the bloom...
