Rich Braised Sroom Curd Soft Slurpy Noodles

1000g premium dried mushroom soaked
600g premium dried scallop softened
3 slabs premium soft bean curd thickly sliced
1 cup garlic chopped
1 cup shallots chopped
1 cup fried shallots
3 cups premium abalone stock
Premium soya sauce
Premium dark soya sauce
Premium oyster sauce
Premium olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
3 plates premium half-cooked soft slurpy noodles

What's Special:

The moist, soft and slurpy noodles cooked in scallop abalone sauce makes the richly braised mushroom, flavored bean curd, melted scallop and soft slurpy noodles savory as one.


1)Deep fry the shallots and garlic, in olive oil for 5 mins.
2)Add all the fabulous ingredients into a stewed pot for 55 mins.
3)Fully cook the soft slurpy noodles in the rich sauce and top with scallops, sroom and bean curd for a delicious family cuisine.
