Seaweed Sweet Sauce Noodle Soup

800g premium prawn de-veined and shelled
200g premium chicken fillet finely chopped
4 cups premium white bean sprout
1 slab tofu squared
1 cup garlic chopped
1 cup shallots chopped
3 cups prawn and fish stock
3 large premium Japanese seaweed squared
Premium soya sauce
Premium XO sauce
Premium sweet sauce
Premium chilli oil
Premium olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
3 bowls premium cooked white noodles

1)Deep fry the shallots and garlic, in olive oil for 5 mins.
2)Add prawns, fillet, tofu, seaweed,white bean sprout, stock, salt, chilli oil and sauces to simmer for 15-20 mins.
3)Ensure to dish out with the white noodles to delight the whole family.
