Luncheon Scallopy and Roast White Fried Rice

Ingredients:
500g premium dried scallop shredded
400g premium luncheon diced
600g premium roast chicken fillet shredded
1/2 cup garlic chopped
1/2 cup shallots chopped
1/10 cup ginger shredded
3 cups premium chicken stock adjusted for cooking rice
3 cups of white rice soaked in chicken stock
Premium oyster sauce and salt
1/10 cup premium olive oil

Method:

1)Pan fry the shallots, garlic in olive oil till fragrant. Beforehand, have 3 cups of rice with minimal stock cooked.
2)Add in the ingredients into the pan for 10 mins.
3)Prepare mixture into rice cooker for 20mins.
4)Serve hot the rice.
