Seafood Cooked White Broad Wheat Noodles

Ingredients
1000g premium prawn shelled and de-veined
2 slabs premium sweetened beancurd sliced
16 pcs assorted fish and prawn meat mix creations
1 cup premium chef garlic chopped
3 cup premium seafood stock
Premium soya sauce and oyster sauce
Premium olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
3 bowls premium cooked white broad wheat noodles


What's Special:

A very simply seafood rich package of goodness for you and me that has a blended bland overtone taste because of the white broad wheat noodles that balanced the whole dish to leave no feel of bloatedness or overly rich taste that prevents you from adding more.

Method:
1)Deep fry the garlic and beancurd, in olive oil for 5 mins. Remove the garlic when it turned golden and continue with the beancurd till golden brown.
2)Add prawns, and the rest of the ingredients to simmer for 15 mins.
3)Add in the cooked wheat noodles for a balanced dining for the beloved family.
