Kway Zup Braised Meat Mix

Ingredients:
300g premium fresh meat loin sliced
300g premium fresh fatty meat chopped into rectangles
100g premium Fish Maw soaked
1 slab beancurd cut into 16 pieces
3 deep fried beancurd squares sliced
3 eggs boiled, shelled and halved
1/2 cup garlic chopped
1/2 cup shallots chopped
1/2 cup ginger shredded
3-4 cups meat broth
Olive oil
Premium black soya sauce
Premium soya sauce
Baguette loaves
Fragrant cooked white rice
Noodles cooked

Toppings:
Parsley

What's Special:
Having the savory dish with baguette, noodles or white rice makes a full-filling meal.

Method:
1)Pan fry the shallots, garlic, and ginger in olive oil till fragrant.
2)Add in the meat and fry for 2 mins and add in the stock and Fish Maw to boil for 20 mins.
3)Add in the sauces and eggs and boil for 15 mins. Garnish with topping.
4)Dinner is served with the baguettes, noodles and rice to the hungry trio.
