Ketchup Tofu Scallop Prawns




Portion: for 3 adults

Ingredients:
300g premium fresh scallops
700g premium fresh prawns shelled and de-veined
1/2 cup garlic chopped
1/2 cup shallots chopped
1 tube premium egg tofu
1/10 cup chicken stock
Ketchup
5 pieces Japanese flower mushroom sliced
5 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup starch solution
What's Special:
Heated ketchup on the scallops and prawns olive oil-fried with heavily fragrant garlic just draws all noses to the mouthwatering and appetite inducing dish decorated with Japanese mushroom and tofu....this is never to fail.






Method:
1)Pan fry the shallots, garlic, and tofu in olive oil till fragrant and tofu brownish.
2)Add in the prawns and scallops for 5 mins and add in the stock to boil for 2 mins.
3)Add in ketchup, salt and stir fry for 3 mins then add in the starch solution till the dish just bubbles.
4)Armed the family with spoon and chopsticks.
5)Food Attack....
