Melted Charred Marshmellow Potato

100g premium fresh scallops
100g premium fresh glass prawns shelled, de-veined and finely chopped
100g premium fresh chicken fillet finely diced
1/2 cup garlic chopped
1/2 cup shallots chopped
5 premium American potato sliced
1/10 cup chicken stock
Oyster Sauce
6 big pieces marshmellows quartered
100g premium cheddar cheese grated
5 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
3 plates premium fragrant long-grained rice

What's Special:
The joy of the simple cooking and the innovation of adding the puffy ingredients just satisfies the hungry appetites with this plateful.

1)Pan fry the shallots,garlic and then the potato in olive oil till garlic is charred and potato just about to melt. Refill oil when needed.
2)Add in the prawns, chicken and scallops for 5 mins and add in the stock to boil till water evaporates. Keep stirring at all times.
3)Add in salt and sauce for 3 mins then add in the marshmellow and grated cheese till melted.
4)Let the trio nurse their hunger...
