Ruby Chicken Potato Mushroom Stew



















Portion: for 3 hungry adults
Preparation time: 15 mins
Cooking time: 35 mins
Cost: SGD 40




Ingredients:
700g premium fresh chicken fillet diced
1/2 cup garlic chopped
1/2 cup shallots chopped
6 premium American potato sliced
300g premium Japanese Shitake Mushroom stalk removed
3 stalks chilli buddy chopped
3 cup chicken stock
Premium oyster sauce
Premium black sauce
Premium soya sauce
5 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
3 plates premium fragrant long-grained rice

What's Special:
The juicy mushroom eaten with hot plain rice just wants one to crave for a second.

Method:
1)Pan fry the shallots,garlic and then the potato in olive oil for 10 mins.
2)Add in the chicken fillet and mushrooms for 5 mins and add in the stock, sauces and salt to simmer for 20 mins in stew pot.
3)Top with chilli buddy.
4)Serve with hot white rice for the 3 eager tummies.
