Fried Leafy Soft Stem Prawn Broth

Ingredients
800g premium fresh prawns shelled and de-veined
3 premium fresh red onions quartered
3 packets whole fresh leafy vegetables cut
3 packets whole fresh steamy vegetables skinned and cut
1 cup garlic chopped
1 cup shallots chopped
1 cup premium prawn broth
Premium soya sauce
Premium oyster sauce
Premium olive oil
Premium cooking wine
2 teaspoon salt
3 plates premium cooked rice

What's Special:
Alternating munching the soft stems and crunchy leaves in garlic flavoured oyster sauce and prawn broth, just leave the family soaked in food paradise.

Method:

1)Deep fry the onions, shallots and garlic, in olive oil for 5 mins.
2)Add in the stems and vegetables for 5 mins. Add in the prawns, salt and sauce for 5 mins. Add broth and wine and simmer for 10 mins.
3)Serve with a smile for a seafood garden plate with rice/ pasta of warmth for the family.
