800g premium fresh chicken fillet diced
3 premium whole fresh garlic sliced
3 whole carrots sliced and cubed
3 whole fresh steamy vegetables skinned and cut
3 whole broccoli cut into florets
2 cups premium cooked mushroom stemmed
1 cup chef garlic chopped
1 cup fried shallots
1 cup premium chicken broth
Premium soya sauce
Premium olive oil
2 teaspoon salt

Shave clean all carrots for the freshy taste.
Method:
1)Pan fry the garlic, in olive oil for 5 mins.
2)Add in the stems, carrots and broccoli for 5 mins. Add in the fillet, salt and sauce for 5 mins. Add broth and simmer for 10 mins. Pour over mushroom.
3)Serve with fried shallots, rice and a smile for a light soup for the whole family.
