Frizzly Fried Seafood Thin Rice Noodles

Portion: for 3 hungry adults

800g premium fresh tiger prawns shelled and de-veined
3 premium fresh carrots sliced
3 packets of whole fresh vegetables cut
1 cup garlic chopped
1 cup shallots chopped
Premium soya sauce
Premium oyster sauce
Premium olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
3 plates premium thin rice noodles blanched

What's Special:
The dry, frizzly thin rice noodles that is so succulent to taste alongside the heavier textured seafood and greens ingredients just provides an interestingly savoured gourmet for the whole family.
1)Deep fry the onions, shallots and garlic, in olive oil for 5 mins.
2)Add in the carrots and vegetables for 5 mins. Add in the prawns for 5 mins. Add noodles, salt and soya sauce and stir for till noodles turn frizzly.
3)Serve with passion for a seafood plate of warmth for the family.


What a coincidence! I was doing this dish for lunch yesterday, except that I used the transparent vermicelli instead & added bacon & prawns. Mmmm.... I love vermicelli too (thin rice noodles).
