Tomato Ocean Sauced Shrimp N Tiger






Portion: for 3 hungry adults

Ingredients:
700g premium fresh shrimps shelled and de-veined
500g premium fresh tiger prawns shelled and de-veined
3 premium fresh carrots sliced
2 fresh tomatoes juiced
3 whole fresh red onion quartered
1 cup garlic chopped
1/2 cup shallots chopped
1 cup prawn stock approx.
Premium tomato sauce
Premium soya sauce
Premium olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon premium sugar
3 plates premium fragrant cooked rice/fried broad noodles

What's Special:
A varied textural feel of the shrimps and tiger prawns in sweet smelling fried onion, garlic and shallots adds interest for the family to enjoy in savoury tomato sauce.




Method:
1)Pan fry the onions, shallots and garlic, in olive oil for 5 mins.
2)Add in the carrots, tomatoes and sauce for 5 mins. Add in the shrimps and tigers for 5 mins. Add stock, salt and soya sauce and stir for 5 mins.
3)Serve with rice/ broad noodles for an enjoyable seafood joy for the family.
