800g premium fresh chicken fillet diced
2 packets premium fresh large fish balls
5 premium fresh carrots diced
6 cups premium evergreen bean sprout rooted
2 packets of premium leafy vegetables
1/2 cup garlic chopped
1/2 cup shallots chopped
3 cups chicken stock approx.
Premium soya sauce
Premium olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
3 plates premium fragrant cooked rice/jade noodlesWhat's Special:
The joy of biting into larger than normal hot fish balls that needs careful attention especially when feeding your spouse and children adds tenderness to the family.Method:
1)Pan fry the shallots and garlic, in olive oil for 5 mins.
2)Add in the stock, chicken, fish balls, carrots and bean sprout for 15 mins. Add in the vegetables, salt and soya sayce for 5 mins. Garnish with love.
3)Serve with rice/ noodles for a soupy family treat for 3.
