700g premium fresh chicken fillet diced
700g premium fresh meat fillet diced
75g whole dried scallop softened
8 premium deep fried beancurd puffs sliced
2 premium whole fresh American potato finely chopped
3 slabs bean curd diagonally halved
1 cup garlic chopped
1 cup shallots chopped
3 cup premium chicken broth
Premium soya sauce
Premium oyster sauce
Premium olive oil
Premium black soy sauce
2 teaspoon salt

The savory delight of the whole dish with steamed white rice/ pasta just leaves a balanced feel of a satisfying family cuisine.
Method:
1)Deep fry the shallots and garlic, in olive oil for 5 mins.
2)Add in the scallops, beancurd, puffs, potato, meat and chicken for 5 mins. Add in the salt and sauces for 5 mins. Add broth and simmer for 20 mins.
3)Serve with a gleeful heart with steamed white rice/ pasta for the family.

We normally use pork to cook this dark sauced beancurd and pork which we called it another name " Tau You Bah" in our local dialet.It's best to go with steamed rice.
