White Egg Noodles in Ocean Sweet Broth

Portion: for 3 hungry adults

200g premium fresh prawns shelled and de-veined
2 packet premium fresh fishballs
2 whole packet premium and fresh leafy cut
4 whole special carrots chunked
1 cup garlic chopped
1 cup shallots chopped
3 cup premium prawn broth
Premium soya sauce
Premium black sauce
Premium oyster sauce
Premium olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon chilli oil (optional)
1/4 cup premium honey
3 plates premium cooked white egg noodles

What's Special:
The broth leads the taste of the whole dish with the lightly tasting rest blending to give a smooth consistence to the flavour and mood of the family evening .


1)Deep fry the onions, shallots and garlic, in olive oil for 5 mins.
2)Add in vegetables and carrots for 5 mins. Add in the prawns, fishballs, honey, salt and sauces for 5 mins. Add broth and chilli oil (optional) to simmer for 10 mins.
3)Serve joyfully with bowls of white egg noodles cum rice/ pasta /baguette as alternatives or additions for the family.
