Mushroom Steamy Flower Noodles

24 premium fresh fish balls
1 large stalk premium cauliflower cut and softened
300g premium scallop softened
12 premium dried Japanese mushroom cut
1 cup garlic chopped
1 cup shallots chopped
Premium soya sauce
Premium oyster sauce
Premium olive oil
Premium black soy sauce
Premium fish stock
Premium prawn stock
2 teaspoon salt
3 bowls premium cooked noodles

What's Special:

The lightness of the aroma, the soft texture of the melted cauliflower and mellow mushroom in mildly savory scallop soup just pounced delightfully on the soft side of the sentiments of the family dining experience.


1)Deep fry the shallots and garlic, in olive oil for 5 mins.
2)Add in, fishballs, mushrooms, cauliflower, scallop, stocks, sauces and simmer for 20 mins. Add in noodles before serving.
3)Serve with a joyful light heart for the family.
