Ingredients
12 premium large chicken eggs
5 premium large chef red onion
Premium Sambal
1/2 cup chef garlic minced
1/4 cup shallots chopped
Premium olive oil
Premium soy sauce
Premium white bread
Premium steamed white rice
Premium cooked dry noodles
What's Special:
What's red are the onions and sizzling sambal, when fried will bring back the family's radiant blushes.
Method:
1)Pan fry the shallots, garlic, and onions , in olive oil till fragrant.
2)Add sambal and keep stirring till the kitchen is filled with the aroma.
3)Add eggs and scramble them to a delicious well done mix.
4)Sandwich it with homely bread or go along with dry noodle or steamed
white rice. Having it plain will be just splendid.

This really what I always cook. But I think the cost of SGD 20 is too expensive.

I usually make this the "no frills" way. Just onions and eggs. I'm guessing the premium prawns is why the dish cost S$20 .. a bit steep.
