Ingredients
900g premium dried mushroom de-veined and shelled
600g premium dried scallop cleaned
1 premium whole white cabbage sliced
3 premium whole carrots sliced
1 cup garlic chopped
1 cup shallots chopped
1 cup fried shallots
3 cups abalone stock
Premium soya sauce
Premium dark soya sauce
Premium oyster sauce
Premium seafood sauce
Premium olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
3 plates premium steamed fragrant white rice

What's Special:

The juicy mushroom that is fully filled with seafood goodness tasted of abalone and scallop blend; which when mixed with steamed white rice, just provides the beautifully enriched cuisine of family warmth and tenderness.

Method:

1)Deep fry the shallots and garlic, in olive oil for 5 mins.
2)Add all the fabulous ingredients into a stewed pot for 55 mins.
3)Shelter the steamed white rice with tender scallops, juicy srooooms, melted baggy and soft carrots for the family.
