Glassy Prawn Cabbage Seafood Dry Noodle Mix

Ingredients
800g premium prawn shelled and de-veined
1 dozen premium special handmade fishball
1 whole premium white cabbage chunked
1 cup premium chef garlic chopped
24 pieces premium assorted seafood pieces
Premium soya sauce and stock
Premium oyster sauce and stock
Premium olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
3 bowls premium cooked white curly noodles and 1 bowl cooked glass noodles



What's Special:



The tangy glass noodles just add the touch of class, fun and smooth texture to the whole dish that provides the family the mellow meal.


Method:


1)Deep fry the garlic, in olive oil for 5 mins.
2)Add prawns, seafood, fish balls, cabbages, stock, salt and sauces to simmer for 15 mins till quite dry.
3)Add in the cooked white noodles topped with glass for a  mellow treat for the beloved family.
