Traditional Curried Prawns

Premium steamed white rice for 3
800g premium fresh Tiger Prawns washed cleanly
3 tablespoon premium cummin seeds slightly pounded
3 tablespoon premium fennel seeds slightly pounded
3 whole large red onions sliced
3 whole chef garlic minced
3 stalks curry leaves stalk removed
3 carrots sliced
3 small premium tomato cut
1 small eggplant cubed
1 cup pineapple cubed
3 cups premium prawn and meat stock
Olive Oil
1 small packet premium curry fish powder

What's Special:
The traditional curried prawns in Olive oil with plain rice in this modern times just delights the heart .

1)Pan fry the garlic,onions, seeds and leaves in olive oil till fragrant.
2)Add in the carrots, pineapple and eggplant for 5 mins and prawns for 5 mins.
3)Add in the rest and simmer for 20 mins.
4)Enjoy curry with rice and dine to the family's heart's delight....
