Harvest Pacific Clams with Broccoli

1000g premium pacific clams
200g premium chicken fillet cubed
1 premium whole carrots diced
2 stalks premium broccoli chopped

2 cups garlic chopped
1 cup shallots chopped
1 cup fried shallots
1 cup chicken stock
Premium soya sauce
Premium oyster sauce
Premium olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
3 bowls premium cooked white rice

What's Special:

Calling all ocean catch lovers, this is the turgid pacific clams that is complemented with soft fried broccoli that gives you a great chewing time and the cushioning texture all at the same time. The fragrance gives the reminiscence of the fresh garden by the ocean .


1)Deep fry the shallots and garlic, in olive oil for 5 mins or till fragrant but not burnt. Fry the broccoli for  5 mins
2)Add pacific clams, chicken, carrots, stock, salt and sauces to simmer for 15 mins.
3)Complete satisfying the family's crave serving with hot steamed white rice.
