Prawn Omelette


Portion: for 3 adults
Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 5-10 mins

Ingredients
3 cups of premium fresh chicken eggs beaten
1 cup of premium fresh prawns shelled and de-veined
2 cups premium chef garlic and onion mix chopped
1/2 cup premium shrimp and chicken stock
Premium deep fried white prawn powder
Premium soya sauce
Premium olive oil
2 teaspoon salt


What's Special:

The addition of shelled prawns doubles the sweetness or richness of taste of the whole dish and there need not be the feel of biting on thin sheet as the prawns gives the chunkiness for a more fulfilling gathering round the family table.

Method:
1)Deep fry the onion and garlic, in olive oil for 5 mins.
2)Add all the fabulous ingredients for 5 mins.
3)Serve the browned or light accordingly.
