Sambal Beancurd Prawn

1000g premium prawn shelled and de-veined
2 slabs premium special beancurd sliced
1 cup deep fried shrimp processed into mince
1 cup premium chef garlic chopped
Premium seafood stock
Premium soya sauce and oyster sauce
1 cup premium sweet sambal chili mix (paste, water, lime)
Premium olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
3 bowls premium cooked wheat broad noodles or steamed rice

What's Special:

A very appetizing and medium light dish for chili lovers. Highly suitable for young adults who are trying out chili for the first time because of the sweetness of the chili paste and fresh prawns present. The bean curd balances the whole dish instead of reducing it to only a hot spicy bowl. Generally, it is a healthy dish that contains the goodness of seafood, beans and wheat just fabulous for the family.

1)Deep fry the garlic and beancurd, in olive oil for 5 mins. Remove the garlic when it turned golden and continue with the beancurd till golden brown.
2)Add prawns, and the rest of the ingredients to simmer for 15 mins.
3)Add in the cooked wheat noodles or rice topped with fragrant leaves for a fine finish for the beloved family.
