Ingredients 800g premium prawn shelled and de-veined
1 bunch premium US celery
1 whole premium white cabbage chunked
1 cup premium chef garlic chopped
2 cups premium bean sprout
Premium soya sauce and stock
Premium oyster sauce and stock
Premium olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
3 bowls premium cooked white steamed rice
What's Special:
The use of curly prawn and carrots for soup and frying will provide a tasty treat with white rice and soup of the place.
Method:
1)Deep fry the garlic, in olive oil for 5 mins.
2)Add carrots, sauces, bean curd to simmer for 15minute. For soup, simmer the rest of the ingredients for 20 minutes. 3)Add in the cooked white rice and serve the soup. P:)
