Prawn O Leafy Stemy Green and Carrots



Portion: for 3 adults

Ingredients
1000g premium prawn shelled and de-veined
12 stalks of stemy and leafy vegetable separated and chopped
1 cup deep fried shrimp processed into mince
2 cup premium carrots sliced
Premium soya sauce and oyster sauce
Premium olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
3 bowls premium cooked wheat broad noodles or steamed rice


What's Special:

A very clean, green and orangy light mix of vegetable with prawns antidote especially when the previous days are too filling.

Method:
1)Pan fry the garlic and carrots, in olive oil for 5 mins. Remove the garlic when it turned golden and continue with the rest into the pan.
2)Add prawns, and the rest of the ingredients to simmer for 15 mins.
3)Add in the cooked wheat noodles or rice topped with fragrant leaves for a fine finish for the beloved family.
