3 cups of premium fresh chicken eggs beaten
1 cup of premium fresh prawns shelled and de-veined
1/2 cups premium fresh scallops diced
1/2 cup premium fresh diced chicken cubes
1/2 cup premium stock
Premium soya sauce
2 teaspoon salt

What's Special:

The special surprise is in the steamed soft egg float that contains infill scallop and chicken dices, topped with the fresh prawns that delivers a well mix of tofu like texture and meaty delectable shapes.

1)Mix together the chicken, stock, condiments and scallop with the eggs and put in a steamer for 5 mins.
2)Top the egg float with all the fabulous prawns for 5 mins.
3)Serve the creation for the family with steamed white rice or cooked pasta.
