Prawns and Greens


Portion: for 3 adults
Preparation time: 15 mins
Cooking time: 20 mins
Cost: SGD 40

Ingredients
800g premium prawn shelled and de-veined
12 stalks of stemy and leafy vegetable separated and chopped
1 cup chicken fillet cubed
2 cup premium carrots sliced
Premium soya sauce and scallop special sauce
Premium olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
3 bowls premium cooked wheat broad noodles or steamed rice


What's Special:

A nice everyday dish of fried leafy vegetables, chicken fillet and fresh prawns to give memories of childhood for the family.

Method:
1)Pan fry the garlic in olive oil for 5 mins. Remove the garlic when it turned golden and continue with the rest into the pan.
2)Add prawns, and the rest of the ingredients to simmer for 15 mins.
3)Add in the cooked wheat noodles or rice topped with fragrant leaves for a fine finish for the beloved family.
