Curled Prawns and Straight Bean Sprouts

Ingredients
1000g premium prawn shelled and de-veined
2 cup premium white trimmed bean sprout
1 cup premium carrots diced
1 cup premium celery sliced
Premium seafood stock
Premium soya sauce and oyster sauce
Premium olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
3 bowls premium cooked wheat broad noodles or steamed rice


What's Special:

Orange and white dominates the Hollandish inspired cuisine, prepared in oriental cooking methods of frying and saucing using western and oriental ingredient mixes of meat source and white bean source. The spectrum of orange and white color scheme starts with the whole orangy carrots to the striped orangy and white prawns to the purest white of bean sprout adds interest to the whole cusine. With the tertiary colour of muted brown cooked celery and lustrous light brown sauce, a balanced mix of bright and matured color scheme gives both freshness and richness to family dining mostly in straights and curls.

Method:
1)Deep fry the garlic, celery, carrots and bean sprout, in olive oil for 5 mins. 2)Add prawns, and the rest of the ingredients to simmer for 15 mins.
3)Add in the cooked wheat noodles or rice for a balanced fine finish for the beloved family.
