Ingredients

3 slabs of premium beancurd cut to strips
1/2 cup premium scallops layered and cut to strips
2 cups premium garlic and onion mix chopped
2 cups premium shrimp and chicken stock
3 cups premium bean sprout with ends cut
3 cups premium carrots cut to strips
Premium soya sauce
Premium oyster sauce
Premium olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
3 plates premium cooked white rice

Method:
1)Deep fry the onion and garlic, in olive oil for 5 mins.
2)Add all the fabulous ingredients for 20 mins.
