Crescents Prawns, Carrots, Gourds and Greens

1000g premium prawn shelled and de-veined
12 stalks of leafy vegetable separated and chopped
1 premium gourd halved and sliced.
2 cup premium carrots sliced and halved
Premium soya sauce and oyster sauce
Premium olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
3 bowls premium cooked wheat broad noodles or steamed rice

What's Special:

A very healthy dish with crescents to maintain general health with a wide variety of ingredients that carries beta carotene, antitoxins and vitamins to keep the body running well . Do go easy on the prawns if it brings you ill cholesterol. Otherwise enjoy healthy food that taste good.

1)Pan fry the garlic and carrots, in olive oil for 5 mins. Remove the garlic when it turned golden and continue with the rest into the pan.
2)Add prawns, and the rest of the ingredients to simmer for 15 mins.
3)Add in the cooked wheat noodles or rice for a happy time for the beloved family with crescents from ear to ear.
