Ingredients
500g premium natural grey prawns shelled and de-veined
300g premium dried scallop softened
12 premium uncooked meat balls
3 cups premium white cabbage chopped
2 cups premium carrots chopped
2 cloves premium chef garlic halved
3 cups premium rich abalone stock
1 pack premium glassy wheat noodles lightly cooked
Premium soya sauce
Premium oyster sauce
Premium olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
3 plates premium almost cooked soft slurpy noodles
What's Special:
The smooth glassy noodles adds the tangy bite and smoothness to slurp up the dish cooked in rich scallop abalone sauce of soft carrots, melted cabbage and savory meat balls. A versatile recipe that can be served as a stewed soup or sauced noodles by varying the stock quantity and cooking time.
Method:
1)Deep fry the shallots and garlic, in olive oil for 5 mins.
2)Add all the fabulous ingredients except the glassy noodles into a stewed pot for 55 mins.
3)Fully cook the soft slurpy noodles and glassy noodles in the rich sauce for a delicious family cuisine.
