Ingredients:
400g premium fresh scallops and fish balls halved.
400g premium prawns de-shelled and cleaned
3 soup bowls premium heavy prawn and scallop stock
3 balls of mix noodles washed clean
Premium whole chef garlic, parsley and buddy chillies chopped

Method:
1) In the stock, boil all the ingredients except the noodles for 20-25 mins.
2) Add in the noodles for 3 mins and topped with parsley.
3) Enjoy as a family fresh, fiery and fragrant soup rich and pure.
