Fragrant Spiced Celery Seafood

Ingredients:
400g premium fish balls halved.
700g premium prawns de-shelled and cleaned.
3 bowls premium fragrant chillied prawn stock
.
300g each celery washed clean.
Premium bean curd cubed.
What's Special:
Refreshing, fragrant, moderately spicy and soft middle toned dish pleasing to one and all.
Method:
1) In the stock, boil all the ingredients for 20 mins.
2) Can enjoy the dish/ soup with any pasta, chips or potatoes etc.
3) Enjoy as a family this fragrant dish.
