Prawns Carrots Fried Rice

Ingredients:
100g premium dried scallop shredded
1000g premium prawns de-shelled and cleaned
300g premium carrots chopped
1/2 cup garlic chopped
1/2 cup shallots chopped
1/10 cup ginger shredded
3 cups premium leafy greens chopped
3 cups of cooked white rice
Premium oyster sauce and salt
Premium olive oil

Method:

1)Pan fry the shallots, garlic and prawns in olive oil till fragrant.
2)Add in rest of the ingredients into the pan for 10 mins.
3)Fried in rice for 10 mins.
4)Serve hot the wonder rice.
